Conscious Tutoring is expanding online programs across many states through voucher programs — and we’re looking for creative educators who bring both skill and heart to their work.

We invest in training every teacher in our Four Foundations model:

You’ll teach in calm, structured sessions (mostly virtual) with students who genuinely need your care and expertise. We’re looking for teachers who value growth over grind and relationship over rigid scripts.

Current Openings

Literacy & Learning Instructor


(Part-Time, Remote or Atlanta Hybrid)

Teach small-group and 1-1 literacy sessions for grades K–12, following our Four Foundations framework. You’ll help students rebuild skills, confidence, and joy in reading and writing.

  • Certified educators only (any U.S. state)
  • $25/hour, 5–20 hrs/week
  • Semester-based scheduling for stability
  • Training in structured literacy or Orton-Gillingham preferred
  • Flexible: online or Atlanta-area hybrid

Math Foundations Instructor

 
(Part-Time, Remote or Atlanta Hybrid)

Support students in K–12 math through 1-1 and small-pair sessions that combine conceptual understanding, confidence-building, and calm structure.

  • Ideal for teachers with strong math intervention experience. Certification preferred, although we have requests often for tutors with specific college math and advanced math experience. 

  • $25/hour, 5–20 hrs/week

  •  Semester-based scheduling for stability

  • Flexible: online or Atlanta-area hybrid

Start Training:

New hires begin with a guided orientation in our Four Foundations method, trial 1-1 students and shadow groups before teaching groups independently.
